2nd Place Winner! Carriage Hill’s management and staff are so excited & proud to have won the 2nd place 2018 Reader’s Choice Award for Favorite Apartment Community! This award was voted on by the Daily Progress Readers. It’s an honor to be rewarded for working hard for excellence in customer service, maintenance, apartments, and amenities.
