Floor Plans/Pricing: On this web site, you will find the one, two and three bedroom floor plans along with square footage and price ranges. All of our apartment homes have private entrances and are priced according to both the floor level and whether or not they include a garage. Our apartment homes are equipped with full sized washers/dryers and wall-to-wall carpeting with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Most of our 2 and 3 bedroom units have gas or wood burning fireplaces. Select units have 1 and 2 car garages. We will be happy to mail you our brochure upon request. (Please note: floor plans may have slight variations dependent upon level and garage units.) Office Hours/Location: Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. We also offer seasonal Saturday hours (call for details). Please call us to schedule an appointment for a tour of our beautiful community and our sumptuous 2 bedroom, 2 bath model. Carriage Hill is located east of Charlottesville adjacent to Route 250 East. Our community is within walking distance to the new Martha Jefferson campus, approximately 5 minutes to the Downtown Mall, and 10 minutes to the University of Virginia. Utilities/Amenities: Residents are responsible for electric (electric heat pumps for heating and central air), Internet, phone, cable, water and sewage. Carriage Hill also offers some wonderful amenities for our residents: business center, fitness room, billiard room, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis, sauna, tanning bed, outdoor swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, three tot lots and a putting green. The Application Process: Carriage Hill is one of the newest luxury communities in the Charlottesville area. Since we maintain a reservation list all year round, we encourage you to apply as quickly as possible. To be added to our reservation list, please submit an application for each individual over the age of 18 along with a $35.00 application fee for each applicant. A one-time application fee of $50.00 is required for a married couple. Please list all occupants on the application, including anyone under the age of 18. Please include the Employment/Rental Verification and the Criminal Background Check forms with your application. These forms require a signature and date for each applicant. At your request, we will be glad to send you an application in the mail or via fax.
Lease Options: Please ask us about our current lease terms. Pet Policy: Carriage Hill Apartments is happy to accommodate pet owners and reserves the right to regulate the number, type, location and size of pets allowed. A maximum of two pets is allowed per unit. We accept one dog up to 80 lbs. or two dogs which may not exceed a combined weight of 50 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 - $300 is required for each pet as well as an additional monthly fee of $15 (per cat) or $20 (per dog).
