Coming from California - site unseen during the COVID era - my husband and I were very happy to call Carriage Hill our home for four years. The property was nice and we were primarily undisturbed throughout the entire time. Ashland and Tommea in the leasing office were always extraordinarily helpful and courteous during all matters which we needed assistance. As for the maintenance team - they, too, were always professional and taking care of business. Furthermore, the communication from the front office was always continuous with relevant updates, gatherings, etc.; making Carriage Hill feel more like a community versus just a place you're living. The best place we’ve lived, hands down. The office staff / maintenance team are caring and responsive, the neighbors are friendly, and the apartment has lots of natural light. The amenities like the pool and gym are also great and kept in good working order.

Christina gave my boyfriend and I a tour this weekend of the clubhouse and 3 bedroom model unit and we are already approved and on the waitlist for any 2 bedrooms that come available! She was very informative during the showing and took the time to make sure she knew exactly what we were interested in by asking questions and making sure we knew all the parameters around applying and the different features we may get in a unit depending on which one comes available since appliances and flooring can differ. The clubhouse looks very elegant and well kept and other amenities such as the gym and movie room downstairs look great! We can't wait to make Carriage Hill our new home! :)
